Defective or damaged orders are extremely rare, but if you do encounter a problem with your order, contact customer support so we can work quickly to make it right.
When contacting support, leave your name, order number, description of the problem, and picture(s) of the problem.
We highly recommend ALL books be immediately inspected upon receipt by the customer and that any defects or damages be reported within 30 days. After 30 days, refunds or replacements will not be offered for defective/damaged books.
Every effort will be made to review each incident and reach a fair resolution.
