If you ever need to review your order history, or change your email address or password, you can do so by accessing the "My Account" page.
You can access My Account by logging into your account and clicking the "My Account" link in the top right corner of our website.
If you are already in Creator Studio, you can access My Account by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then selecting "Account".
Now that you have the My Account page pulled up, you will see various tabs in the left panel. You will see tabs for Orders, Profile, Password, Billing, and Shipping.
The orders tab will be shown by default. In this tab, you may review all of your previous orders.
If your order is within our cancellable window, you will be able to cancel your order and get a refund. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time as long as the yearbook adviser has NOT sent the books to production yet. Immediate orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing your order.

You may also click the "View Details" button to see a breakdown of your order. If your order contained an eYearbook, you will be able to click the link to download a copy (assuming the eYearbook link has not expired yet).
In the Profile menu, you will be able to change your first/last name, email address, and phone number.
In the password menu, you will be able to change your password. You must know your password before changing it. If you cannot remember your password, you can visit our forgot password page here.
In the Billing/Shipping menus, you will be able to manage your stored billing and shipping information. You will only be able to remove old billing/shipping information, you cannot add new information. If you want to add new billing/shipping information, you will have the opportunity to do so during checkout of your next order.
